In my first paper, I was inspired by this photo, and I wanted to discuss the relationship between man and nature, modernization and nature, and urbanization and nature through my rabbit. (big shout out to my cute bunny Spicy, She’s the best).

The second OpEd was inspired by the recent PRC People’s Congress, where the phrase “legislation should follow the basic principles of the Constitution” was changed to “legislation should adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China” and used as a starting point to discuss my views on the ruling party and some hot issues in China today.

In the last post, I discuss the recently (2023) released movie Wandering Earth II, exploring its themes of China making its voice heard in the world and challenging the US for world dominance while making some of my observations and revelations about the plot.
